Rainy Breakfast

My roommate Lauren and I are going to Ireland today, so before we get completely off the grid for an entire week we thought it would be good to go explore some of Boston a bit. Since Lauren, Parker and I didn't have any classes in the morning, we decided that to fulfill my requirements for the week that it was necessary to go get breakfast on Boylston. Laurens been to The Pour House for breakfast a couple times and thought it was amazing, so we took her advice and put on our rainboots and gathered our umbrellas before walking out the door. It was pouring out and we all got soaked, but eventually we made it to our destination for breakfast.
Lauren and I got the Eggs and Hash and Parker got the Super homefries which is supposed to be the ultimate breakfast dish. I don't usually eat breakfast, but the Pour House sure does know how to make it right, this is their Menu, if you ever get a chance you should definitely check it out.

Beanpot Madness

About a week prior to the game, my friend Mike managed to get 11 of my friends and I tickets to the Beanpot. We went all out and got dressed up in our Northeastern gear and eye black and headed out to the TD Banknorth Garden where Northeastern was playing Boston College. Ive got to admit, the NU fans definitely had the BC ones beat. The game was amazing, every time a team scored, the opposing team always seemed to come back, and after every period, the game was tied up. This activity lead to what Northeastern referred to as "No Tee OT" since the fate of the game came down to the overtime which meant whatever team scored first won. Unfortunately, it wasn't us, but in the end the game made for an interesting outing with a bunch of my closest friends and some really great memories. We'll get em' next year Northeastern
